Clips Uploader - Terms of Service

By using the Clips Uploader application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Clips Uploader is a personal-use application developed by ELB to automatically upload clips of moments captured on Twitch based on self-defined criteria.

3. User Responsibilities

As the sole user of this App, you are responsible for all content uploaded through the App and must comply with Twitch's and TikTok's terms of service and community guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content. By using the App, you grant ELB a license to use your content as necessary to operate the App.

5. Limitation of Liability

ELB is not liable for any damages or losses related to your use of the App.

6. Changes to Terms

ELB reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
